What Happens After You Submit the Form
After we receive your request, we review the information about the property, the areas of concern, and the location. If the assessment appears to be a good fit, we will contact you about scheduling, pricing, access needs, and timing.
For a typical residential structural assessment, the site visit may take about 30 minutes to an hour and a half depending on the number of concerns. During the visit, we provide an initial verbal assessment, take photos, and document relevant observations. A written report with findings and practical recommendations is typically provided after the visit.
