Southeast Engineering & Development Group is a structural engineering firm based in Cumming, Georgia, serving clients throughout the metro Atlanta area. As our workload continues to grow, we are looking to develop relationships with additional licensed and insured contractors who provide quality workmanship, communicate well, and take good care of our clients.
Most of our repair projects involve residential properties and HOA/condominium communities. Southeast EDG provides the engineering, and depending on the project, we may refer the repair work directly to a contractor or provide project management services for the client.
Typical projects may include:
- Wood deck, porch, and structural framing repairs
- Concrete repair and replacement
- Foundation and structural wall repairs
- Helical and push pier installation
- LVL and steel beam installation
- Column replacement
- Retaining and landscaping walls
- Drainage piping and drainage improvements
- Other structural repairs identified during our engineering assessments
We are interested in both general contractors who can handle multiple types of repair work and specialty contractors with expertise in a particular area.
